Regional Marketing Supervisor

About the Role
We are hiring a Regional Marketing Supervisor for Karachi to support and execute regional marketing initiatives across Sindh. The role is focused on strengthening brand visibility, managing customer and market engagement, executing BTL activities, supporting regional campaigns, and coordinating marketing activities at exhibitions and events.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with Expo Center events, exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale corporate activations This role requires strong field execution, vendor coordination, event management, and regional marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular field visits across Sindh to identify co-marketing opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Plan, organize, and execute BTL activities, including roadshows, events, billboards, signboards, exhibitions, and offline brand visibility campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate Expo Center events, trade exhibitions, stalls, branding, customer engagement activities, and event logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, designers, printers, and event partners for timely execution of marketing activities.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to understand customer needs, behavior, and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports based on field insights, campaign performance, customer feedback, event outcomes, and competitor activity.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, promotional campaigns, and market developments to recommend actionable strategies.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with marketing, sales, product, and HQ teams for continuous improvement.
- Develop localized content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and offline marketing activities.
- Support the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials tailored for the Sindh region.
- Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns, BTL activities, and exhibition participation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and HQ marketing, to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution.
- Ensure all regional marketing activities are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience managing or coordinating Expo Center events, exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale activations is mandatory.
- Male candidates will be preferred due to field travel and event execution requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Sindh.
- Comfortable working in a field-based and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, field marketing, BTL activations, exhibitions, or event marketing.
- Experience in technology, electrical, renewable energy, solar, or energy sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Sindh market dynamics, customer behavior, regional cities, and local business practices.
- Strong vendor management, event coordination, and execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-driven environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to localize campaigns according to regional market needs.
