We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across our retail solutions portfolio in France and Benelux, while supporting strategic initiatives in additional European markets, including the Nordics, UK, and Channel regions.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. As a key regional marketing leader, you will act as a business partner to sales, champion innovation, and help shape our market presence through data-driven marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.

How will you do it

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth across the Sensormatic Solutions portfolio.

  • Partner closely with sales, business development, and channel teams to support strategic account initiatives and accelerate market growth.

  • Plan and deliver digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid media, and web.

  • Localize global campaigns, messaging, and value propositions to ensure relevance and impact within regional markets.

  • Manage and continuously improve local website content, social media presence, and digital customer journeys.

  • Drive customer engagement through events, industry conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, using insights to optimize future investments and performance.

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Oversee marketing budgets, approvals, procurement processes, and administrative requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to regional leadership, identifying new opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights.

What we are looking for?

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing, content development, campaign management, events, social media, agency management, and lead generation.
  • Native-level French and professional fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activities to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and execution.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline teams to senior executives.
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Dutch language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, retail technology, or retail solutions marketing.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
