Whatyou’lldo
Own and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact
Act as a true partner to Sales: align, challenge, and drive results together
Develop and execute campaigns (including ABM) that convert into measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with central marketing teams (product, digital, brand) across Europe
Build strong relationships with partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, events, and customer journeys
Manage budget, KPIs, and performance reporting

Who you are (experience & skills)
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred)
Strong in campaign execution, demand generation, and funnel thinking
Data-driven, structured, and results-oriented
Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders
Hands-on yet strategic; able to switch between execution and planning
Native Dutch, fluent in English
What success looks like in the first month
You quickly build strong relationships with Sales and key stakeholders
You take ownership of the Benelux plan and identify clear improvement opportunities
You contribute actively in meetings and bring ideas, not just updates
You demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and consistently high standards from day one
