Position Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager leads the Regional Marketing team and oversees the execution
of tailored marketing strategies across the Any Hour Group’s family of brands. This role is
responsible for supporting partner brand growth through campaign oversight, pre-close
partnership support, and post-close onboarding. This position ensures that RMCs and AMCs are
equipped with the tools, training, and direction needed to deliver measurable marketing success.
The Senior Manager serves as a strategic marketing leader and internal consultant to ensure all
campaigns drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Support
Leads and mentors the Regional Marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and
feedback to drive high performance.
Conducts regular reviews of RMC marketing plans and performance, offering insights
and strategic recommendations.
Allocates marketing support and resources across brands based on regional needs and
company priorities.
Resolves escalated issues impacting marketing execution or brand performance.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy
Tracks and analyzes brand-level and regional marketing KPIs, leveraging data to inform
leadership decisions.
Collaborates with RMCs to set KPIs and align plans with company-wide objectives.
Manages regional marketing budgets and provides detailed reporting on spend, ROI, and
campaign effectiveness.
Prepares and delivers marketing updates and strategic recommendations to senior
leadership, including the CMO.
Training, SOPs & Best Practices
Develops and maintains onboarding and continuous training programs for RMCs and
AMCs.
Documents and enforces standardized marketing processes and playbooks to drive team
consistency.
Evaluates emerging trends and tools, applying relevant advancements to internal
processes.
New Partner Onboarding
Builds and executes the marketing onboarding process for newly acquired partner brands.
Participates in pre-close activities to assess marketing needs and gather insights.
Leads the transition of newly acquired brands into the regional marketing portfolio,
including assignment of an RMC.
Monitors integration progress and communicates updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.
Experience
7+ years of marketing experience is required.
3+ years of experience in managing marketing professionals or leading teams is required.
Experience in the home services industry or in a seasonal, multi-location business is
preferred.
Certifications

Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods
Occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds
Work Environment & Travel:
Work is primarily performed in a standard office setting
Minimal travel required, including occasional off-site visits to partner brand locations
