Whatyou’lldo
Execute a portfolio of regional marketing initiatives—including trade shows, industry events,sponsorshipsand partnerships—across multiple areas of Canada, based on business priorities and workload demands
Enablethe delivery of regional marketing portfolios by coordinating, planning, and ensuring follow-through on approved strategies
Contribute to marketing initiatives across FCC’s lines of business, including Primary Production, Agribusiness & Agri‑Food,Alliancesand other corporate priorities
Manage key elements of marketing execution such as timelines, budgets, contracts, branding,logisticsand partner coordination, ensuring consistency,qualityand alignment
Applyrigourto documentation, tracking and governance by accuratelymaintaininginformation, approvals and deliverables within FCCsystems and workflows
Fostereffective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support seamless, compliantmarketing programdelivery
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, adapting quickly to changing priorities whilemaintainingattention to detail andhigh standardsof execution
Share insightsandfeedbackto supporttheimprovement of regional marketing programs and execution practices
Whatyou’llbring to the team
Required qualifications:
A degree in marketing, agriculture,agri-businessor business administration
Minimum five years ofrelated experience
Experience working in agricultureoragri‑business, with an understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder needs
Knowledge ofmarketing, business development,salesor communications practices
Experience planning and executing trade shows, industryeventsand sponsorship programs
Strong facilitation,communicationand project management skills
Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to quickly learn new tools,systemsand processes to support effective execution and governance
Proven ability to coach, influence and support others in marketing and sales‑related activities
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the agri‑food,agricultureor agribusiness sector
Familiarity with FCCRelationship Management Process and how marketing initiatives support customer and partner engagement
Experience supporting or executing marketing initiatives across multiple teams,portfoliosor regions simultaneously
Comfort working within established governance frameworks,systemsand workflows to support tracking,complianceand reporting
