Specialty Dental Brands is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Utah to support our growing network of specialty dental practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on referral growth, community engagement, and tracking real marketing ROI while working closely with practices to strengthen their presence and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Drive referral growth strategies across assigned practices
• Build and maintain relationships with referring offices and community partners
• Oversee and manage a regional marketing budget
• Track, analyze, and report on referral trends and marketing ROI
• Create engaging marketing materials and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with practice leaders to implement creative, local marketing initiatives
• Represent Specialty Dental Brands within the dental community with energy and professionalism
• Travel up to 30% to surrounding states to support practices and referral relationships

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dental marketing is required
• Orthodontic experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of referral tracking and marketing performance metrics
• Comfortable managing and speaking to budget performance and ROI
• Creative thinker with a friendly, relationship-driven approach
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• High School diploma required
