Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success
  • Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional or global role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in marketing metrics and ROI analysis
