TheRegional Marketing Manager –NorthAmericawillberesponsible fordeveloping and executing marketing strategies thatsupportregionalgrowthinitiativesacrossNorth America. Based at Camlin’s Norcross, Atlanta office, this role willbe accountable tosupport theNorth Americanleadership teamandcollaborateswith the global marketingorganizationtodeliverregionally focused brand,product/solution,andmarket-segmentfocusedmarketing initiativesthat support commercial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional MarketingPlanning -Strategy & Execution

  • Working with the North American leadership teamtodevelop and execute regional marketingstrategiesaligned with globalmarketingobjectivesandregional sales priorities.
  • Localize global campaigns, messaging, and value propositionto address regionalmarketneeds. In addition, envision, plan, and execute regional campaignsaligned with North American sales goals andobjectivesacross digital, social, and physical channels.
  • Expandawareness andaccelerateadoption of Camlin’s products and solutions acrossexisting and evolving markets served: electricutilitygeneration,transmissionand distribution; renewable energy;datacenters;and industrial customers.

2. Content, Communications & Brand

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling, differentiatedvalue propositions forkeystakeholders.
  • Support the creation ofeffective,localized marketing content, including brochures, case studies, presentations,proposals,social posts, and digital assetsfor bothinternal and externaluse.
  • Collaborate withNorth American leadership and globalproduct marketing tosupport the delivery ofthought leadership content across solutions and across markets servedincluding:Go-to-market strategies(new and existing solutions);Competitive positioning andvalue-basedmessaging; andSales / commercial enablement

3. Demand & Lead Generation

  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue accelerationincluding creation ofintegrated multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, content, advertising) to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Track,analyze, andoptimizelead generation performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic accounts.

4. Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, seminars, and conferences across the region.
  • Manage booth design, messaging, promotional materials, and on-sitelogistics.
  • Coordinate technical seminars, webinars, and thought-leadership activitiesincludingdeveloping/nurturingspeaking opportunities, customer workshops/seminars, and regional roadshows.

5. Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research tounderstandcustomer needs, industry trends,regulatory drives,and competitor positioning withinNorthAmericamarkets served.
  • Gatherfeedback and competitive intelligence to informmessaging, positioning, andsalesstrategies.

6. Cross-FunctionalSalesCollaboration

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide sales teams with tools, messaging frameworks, and training to effectively positionCamlinsolutions.
  • Support proposal development with tailored messaging, case studies, and ROI/value narratives.
  • Act as a marketing liaison to support strategic pursuits and key account initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relatedtechnicalfieldthat includes proven marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within utilities, energy systems, industrial technology, or other technical sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing regional marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing trade shows, technical events, or industry conferences.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across the region for events and team meetings(<20%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in global matrix organizations.
  • Prior experience and knowledge ofmonitoringequipment, associated asset management software (SaaS solutions) and managed services offerings supporting the energy and utilities industry.
  • Skills in content creation, graphic design, or media production are a plus.
