Regional Marketing Manager
At Lead a region with purpose?driving regional growth strategies that directly impact our customers and the communities we serve to make a meaningful difference in the agriculture industry. What you?ll do
Lead the development and execution of regional grain procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and merchandising teams to deliver strong financial and customer outcomes.
Analyze customer activity and market trends to grow and retain a loyal client base.
Provide real-time insights on inventory, pricing, and competitive programs to senior leadership.
Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
What you bring to our team
Proven leadership in grain procurement with experience in a management or mentorship role.
Strong understanding of grain marketing, financial analysis, and customer relationship management.
Ability to lead with both strategic vision and operational excellence.
The capability to work on a variety of activities and tasks and be motivated by targets and achieving goals.
Enthusiasm for interacting and building collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers
Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
