Mission
Support the execution of regional marketing activities across EMEA and UK, contributing to event execution, pipeline generation and brand awareness, while working closely with the rest of the marketing, sales, and BDR teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support & Execution
Assist in the execution of regional marketing campaigns (outbound emails, nurturing campaigns, webinars), Help localize and adapt campaign messaging with guidance from the team, Support campaign setup and coordination across tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) & Contribute to outreach workflows in collaboration with BDRs
2. Content & Localization Support
Help adapt marketing content (one-pagers, emails, case studies) for local markets, Support translation and proofreading efforts & Ensure content is aligned with local audience expectations
3. Sales & BDR Support
Work with BDRs to prepare campaign materials and outreach assets & help track leads and support follow-up coordination
4. Event & Webinar Coordination
Support the organization of webinars and local events (logistics, invitations, follow-up), Assist in preparing event materials (presentations, attendee lists, communications), Help manage pre- and post-event campaigns & Participate in events when possible and help gather feedback
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Assist in tracking campaign performance (opens, clicks, leads generated) and reports, support data cleaning and enrichment in CRM
6. Partner & VAR Marketing Support
Assist in co-marketing activities with partners (emails, events, campaigns) & Help prepare marketing kits and materials for partners
7. General Marketing Support
· Support the team on ad hoc marketing projects, help coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, partners) & contribute to improving processes and organization
Profile
· Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Strong interest in B2B marketing and/or supply chain topics
· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Strong communication skills (French and English required)
· Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint; CRM is a plus)
