At Red Bull Japan, we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Graduate to join our Student & Field Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape strategies that resonate with our key generation groups, optimize programs through data-driven insights, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

Quick learner, comfortable working independently

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or Engineering

Fluency in Japanese & English (verbal and written)
