As a Regional Marketing & Events Coordinator – LATAM, you will play a key role in bringing international marketing initiatives to life across Latin America. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating moving parts, and seeing campaigns and events through from idea to execution. You’ll work closely with regional sales teams, partners, and the global marketing function to localize campaigns, deliver high-quality in-country events, and drive brand visibility and commercial growth.
Based in Mexico, you’ll act as the central marketing coordination hub for the LATAM region, ensuring global priorities translate into impactful local activity. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting marketing efforts across multiple countries, this role offers the opportunity to make a real regional impact while staying closely connected to a global team.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of global and regional marketing plans across LATAM markets
- Localise and deploy global marketing assets in line with brand guidelines and regional requirements
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure marketing activity supports local commercial priorities
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for LATAM regional stakeholders and partners
- Plan, coordinate, and support regional events including seminars, partner events, training sessions, and exhibitions
- Own event logistics end-to-end, including venues, suppliers, branding, registrations, budgets, and timelines
- Support marketing delivery for regional and international exhibitions, including in-country coordination and on-site support where required
- Manage relationships with local agencies, venues, and suppliers across the LATAM region
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to adapt and localise marketing assets for LATAM markets
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing and event materials
- Ensure all regional materials adhere to global brand standards
- Track regional marketing and event activity, providing updates on progress, outcomes, and key metrics
- Support lead capture and post-event follow-up coordination with sales and digital teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, timelines, and regional ways of working
- This role supports multiple LATAM markets. Periodic regional travel will be required to support exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and partner events across the region
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
QualificationsWhat You Bring
Experience That Drives Success
- Experience in a marketing coordination, events, or regional marketing support role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or partner programs
- Comfortable working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Language Requirements
- Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken) is essential
- Portuguese (Brazilian) is an advantage but not essential

Location
This is a full-time position, on-site at our Mexico location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
