This role supports the marketing teams of Anytime Fitness across Asia by helping set up and manage marketing promotions in internal systems. The job also involves keeping marketing calendars updated, sending communications to clubs and franchisees, and providing support to club managers regarding promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up marketing promotions in the system.
Maintain marketing calendars and dashboards.
Create and publish internal announcements and memos.
Coordinate with teams for translations and simple design updates.
Answer questions from club managers about promotions.
Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Operations, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Fitness industry experience is a plus.
Skills Needed:
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong written English communication.
Able to work independently and manage time well.
Willing to learn and solve problems.
Can create clear documents, workflows, and simple visual materials.
