The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive Regional Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of campaign delivery across the Wellington and Lower North Island region. We're open to full-time or part-time depending on the right person — let's have a conversation about what works for you! You'll be the go-to person on the ground — making sure activations run smoothly, Brand Ambassadors are supported and performing, and clients get the standard of delivery Orbit is known for.
What You'll Do Campaign delivery
Coordinate regional campaigns from prep through to execution
Manage kit logistics, courier movements, and local storage
Provide on-the-ground support and shift cover during live campaigns
Lead the team on the ground
Schedule and fill shifts using our staff management system
Train Brand Ambassadors online and in person, with a strong sales focus
Conduct in-store visits, mystery shops, and quality checks to drive results
Be the regional point of contact
Act as the primary contact for BAs across the region
Troubleshoot issues in real time to keep campaigns on track
Capture imagery and complete reporting accurately and on time
About You
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
A self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it
Clear, responsive communicator
Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
Solutions-focused under pressure
