Responsibilities:

Defines, steers and follows up segment marketing strategy in the regional area
Takes regional segment's P&L responsibilities
Defines product, service portfolio and strategy, including competitive analysis, defines pricing strategy
Collects administrate market and competitors information, provides business review, reporting and data analysis
Responsible for key accounts and key leads management
Leads and coordinates regional MS community, develops and provides training of technical and value selling argumentation to the community
Implements aligned sales plans in the regional area, and supports the sales force in problem solving
Leads and develops subordinates, and supervises their performance
Drives and coordinates market segment related activities of teams
Collaborates with other teams
Has responsibilities for setting and achieving KPIs and goals of team

Qualifications:

College degree or above, ideally in business, technical or engineering major
Over 5 years job specific work experience in commercial roles, ideally Managerial experience as first experience
Good understanding of business context and processes, good ability of business acumen and segment application engineering expertise, basic knowledge of contracts management, legal aspects and international trade
Strong market analysis, strategic thinking and projects management skills, sound knowledge of relevant or comparable markets and applications
Strong leadership and networking skills, strong value selling and training skills, good social competences
Good team player and communication and negotiation skills at higher customer level, good presentation skills at different levels of the organization
Fluent in local language and English
Advanced level of using MS Office, CRM system and SAP skills
