As Regional Market Director, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
  • Provide strategic oversight for multiple branches and markets, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the region.
  • Lead branch operations including service delivery, staffing, scheduling, compliance, payroll verification, pre-billing requirements, purchasing, and administration.
  • Drive achievement of key operational and financial performance metrics including census, billed hours, fill rate, revenue, gross margin, profitability, and staffing model adherence.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement corrective action plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, licensure, payer, and contractual requirements.
  • Partner with Corporate departments including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Billing, Compliance, and Information Technology to support business objectives.
  • Execute regional growth strategies designed to increase market share, census, and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and payer partners.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
  • Represent Elara Caring at community events, healthcare associations, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Drive community awareness and strengthen the Elara Caring brand throughout the region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Branch Directors and operational leadership teams.
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
  • Support recruiting, retention, and workforce planning efforts throughout the region.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across branches and departments.
  • Analyze regional financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Monitor revenue cycle performance, profitability, utilization, staffing costs, and branch contribution metrics.
  • Develop strategic action plans to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for leadership, regulatory agencies, and contractual partners.
  • Ensure quality care delivery and compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor audit performance and implement action plans to maintain regulatory readiness.
  • Promote a culture focused on quality, patient satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards across all operations.
What is Required?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience within Home Care, Personal Care Services, Home Health, Healthcare Operations, or a related healthcare environment
  • Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing operational and financial performance
  • Experience leading large teams and developing operational leaders
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and home-based care operations
  • Proven financial acumen including revenue management, budgeting, P&L oversight, and operational analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation requirements
  • Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned region
  • Ability to travel periodically to support branch operations, audits, leadership meetings, and business development activities
  • Passion for home care, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality client-centered services
