Job Description

As the Regional Market Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving adoption and expansion of RenovoRx’s innovative therapies in a dynamic, evolving healthcare landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping commercial success through a blend of strategic planning, hands-on clinical support, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. You will report to the VP of Sales and partner with our management team.

Therapy Platform

  • Trans-Arterial Micro-Perfusion (TAMP™) - therapy platform designed to ensure targeted therapeutic delivery across the arterial wall near the tumor site to bathe the target tumor, while potentially minimizing a therapy’s toxicities versus systemic intravenous therapy. TAMP is enabled by our patented, FDA-cleared RenovoCath® device. RenovoCath is indicated for temporary vessel occlusion in applications including arteriography, preoperative occlusion, and chemotherapeutic drug infusion. RenovoRx’s novel approach to targeted treatment offers patients with solid tumor cancers the potential for increased safety, tolerance, and improved efficacy.
  • In addition to the RenovoCath device, we are also evaluating our novel combination oncology product candidate, IAG, which utilizes RenovoCath. The combination oncology product candidate is currently being evaluated for the treatment of LAPC under a U.S. investigational new drug application that is regulated by the FDA’s 21 CFR 312 pathway. The combination product candidate, enabled the RenovoCath device, is currently under investigation and has not been approved for commercial sale.

  • Experience launching new products or therapies in a start-up or early commercialization environment preferred.
  • Established relationships in interventional oncology, GI oncology, or hepatobiliary specialties preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital value analysis committees (VAC) preferred.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and territory mapping to identify key customers and high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, VAC team members, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on clinical data, appropriate use of RenovoRx products, and procedural best practices.
