Job Description

J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services business is seeking a Vice President to join the Treasury Commercialization team, supporting the Latin America region. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for driving the successful market entry, adoption, and growth of J.P. Morgan's Treasury suite of solutions across the region.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating complex market dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and client needs into actionable go-to-market strategies. This role requires a commercially minded professional with deep regional expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed global organization.

Job Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Lead comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, client behavior, and regulatory developments across Latin America to inform product positioning and commercialization strategy.
  • Translate market research into actionable insights that drive product improvements and regional relevance.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Drive the execution of the Global Treasury Commercialization Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, adapting global frameworks to reflect regional nuances across sectors, client archetypes, and regulatory environments.
  • Ensure GTM readiness by coordinating launch activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Product Commercialization & Positioning

  • Develop a deep understanding of J.P. Morgan's Treasury product suite to effectively tailor messaging, collateral, and positioning for Latin American markets.
  • Maintain message consistency across all internal and external GTM artifacts, proactively identifying and addressing content gaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue Growth

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop GTM packages and campaigns aligned to regional and sector-specific opportunities.
  • Support cross-sell initiatives to drive pipeline visibility, accelerate client product adoption, and grow revenue streams across the Treasury portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Act as a key coordinator between GTM, Marketing, and product launch workstreams, ensuring readiness activities are tracked and communicated effectively.
  • Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates on commercialization progress and market performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, payments, treasury, transaction banking, or a related financial services discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Latin America market, including knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, client dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating market intelligence into product positioning and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams at senior levels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-level narratives.
  • Business-level proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
