Are you passionate about improving patient access to innovative medicines across Europe? You could be our next Regional Market Access & Pricing Manager, helping with shape access, reimbursement and pricing strategies for Lundbeck’s current and future portfolio while making a meaningful difference for people living with brain disorders.

Your new role

As Regional Market Access & Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in preparing Lundbeck’s pipeline and late-stage assets for successful market access and reimbursement across the North & Central Europe (NCE) region. Acting as a critical link between Global and local teams, you will translate global access strategies into local market realities while ensuring optimal access and pricing outcomes for both pipeline and inline products.

You will drive market access planning, health technology assessment (HTA) readiness, value communication and pricing strategy development and execute these across multiple European markets. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with colleagues in Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Global Value & Patient Access to ensure patients can benefit from Lundbeck’s innovative therapies as quickly and broadly as possible.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark, with alternative locations in Zürich, Switzerland, or Brussels, Belgium. Regular travel across the NCE region is required.

Your future team

You will join the Regional Market Access team within the North & Central Europe region, working in a highly international environment with colleagues across multiple countries. Together, we are committed to improving patient outcomes by ensuring timely and sustainable access to innovative treatments.

Our culture is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing and a strong sense of purpose. We value diverse perspectives and work closely across functions and geographies to solve complex access challenges. You can expect a leadership style that encourages ownership, supports development and values open dialogue.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence access and pricing decisions across several European markets while building strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

You are an experienced market access professional who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities. You enjoy working across cultures and functions and are motivated by the opportunity to improve patient access to innovative medicines.

You likely bring:

  • An advanced degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health or a related discipline
  • Experience in health economics, market access, pricing, evidence generation or reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong knowledge of European healthcare systems, HTA processes and reimbursement frameworks
  • Experience working across multiple countries and navigating complex matrix organizations

As a person, you are collaborative, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can translate complex evidence into compelling value narratives. Fluency in English is required, while Dutch/Flemish and/or French would be an advantage. You are also willing to travel regularly across the region.

Our promise to you
