Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CEO to define the company's vision, strategic direction, and staffing requirements to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Translate strategy into specific performance and growth objectives, implementing company-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual budgeting.
• Develop and implement effective production policies, standards, procedures, and practices for all overseas territories and new initiatives. This ensures control, reporting, personnel, and systems are aligned for optimal performance.
• Oversee production operations and employee productivity, fostering an inclusive culture where team members excel and contribute to organizational success.
• Equip production teams with the leadership and resources needed to achieve operational objectives.
• Generate production performance reports, analyze key metrics, and develop plans to improve target results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in leadership positions within the manufacturing industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and other business functions.
• Familiarity with SAP systems an asset.
• Proven ability to optimize strategies, resources, and employee performance.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Skillful in motivating and empowering teams to reach their full potential.
• Effective communicator with ability to articulate vision to both executives and employees.
• Deep understanding of financial policies and procedures, including budgeting and auditing.
• Thrives in pressure-filled environments and manages workload efficiently.
