The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Oroton as a Regional Manager - Victoria, leading a growing portfolio of stores across the state. This role will oversee multiple locations, with the potential to grow to up to 12 stores in the future, and will play a critical role in supporting our continued retail expansion.

Working in close collaboration with our current Regional management team and reporting into our Multi-State Manager, you will lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. As the business continues to grow, the store portfolio for this role is dynamic and may evolve from time to time, reflecting new opportunities within our retail network. This role is suited to an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, building strong teams and driving performance across multiple locations.

  • Leading and inspiring Store Managers and their teams to become exceptional brand ambassadors.
  • Coaching and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on engagement and succession planning.
  • Driving strong commercial results across multiple locations through clear leadership and accountability.
  • Collaborating with fellow Regional Managers and the Multi-State Manager to execute regional strategies
  • Ensuring operational excellence across sales performance, customer experience and store standards.
  • Partnering with the Visual Merchandising team to deliver elevated and consistent brand presentation in-store.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, growing retail environment where store portfolios may evolve over time.

What you'll bring to Oroton:

  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager or similar multi-site retail leadership role (essential).
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams across multiple store locations.
  • Exceptional people leadership and performance management skills.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results against KPIs and sales targets.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching and succession planning to build strong leadership pipelines.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
