As a Regional Sell Through Manager for the Iberia market, you will be the key driver of growth for all Puig brands by ensuring the delivery of a unique, elevated, and remarkable consumer experience. Your main responsibility will be to set exceptional retail and operational standards across your network, while sharing best practices to enhance overall performance in Iberia.
In this role, you will focus on achieving retail sell-out targets, meeting performance KPIs, and optimizing workforce planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and influence P&L variables, ensuring the achievement of positive CtFC results across brands and channels. A strong emphasis will be placed on talent: acquiring, developing, retaining, and empowering teams to build highly productive, motivated, and stable retail environments.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support the continued growth and visibility of all Puig brands, including the recognition of the global Puig identity and iconography. In this role, you will oversee the achievement of annual sales targets across all channels, drive the execution of trade plans and animations, define product and training strategies, ensure brand merchandising and grooming excellence, and lead both BA and structural teams to deliver an exceptional retail experience.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, PERFORMANCE & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
• Make sure we recruit and onboard the best teams in our stores
• Ensure we create a culture of motivatation, development and empowerement in the retail population by fostering and encouraging a feedback culture that is data-driven yet empathic to fuel growth and innovation.
• Guarantee the Retail population have the tools to enhance performance and develop people
• Foster succession planning at the fore
• Foster a performance appraisals culture to actively identify and develop talent
PRODUCTIVITY, PROFITABILITY & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
• Propose sales objectives per door and brand with Commercial Team
• Monitor KPI and sell-out goals with the Area Managers, making sure we design and put in place plans to overcome obstacles
• Cascade all relevant performance KPIs to wider business stakeholders, peers and teams
• Collaborate with Commercial team to monitor budgets and P&Ls
• Complete and submit all necessary commercial reporting of quantative and qualitiative insights in a clear and timely manner, pro-actively suggesting innovative solutions to enhance performance and growth.
• Build a culture of data capture to enhance authentic clientelling experience
• Build, maintain and grow the relationship with El Corte Ingles, Sephora management and attend store meetings as required to represent, amplify and elevate the Puig voice
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
• In charge of driving optimised, operational excellence to ensure a consumer experience that is unique, remarkable, and elevated.
• Workforce Management Optimization to enhance Sell-Out potentialç
• Ensure stock ordering processes are adhered to and levels are sufficient
• Upholding and ensuring high grooming standards across Retail population
• Support the implementation and recommend improvements that minimize and mitigate Puig´s environmental impact in-line with Global sustainability initiatives and ambitions
• Be responsible to coordinate the delivery of all specific counter animations, events, podiums and evaluate the ROI together with Retail Activation team

• Master, embody, and transmit Puig´s unique culture and consumer approach:
