We are looking for a value driven Manager to lead our Brisbane south west region. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on driving results, building strong teams, and making a meaningful difference every day.
What you will Be Up To:
Leading and motivating Store Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs and amazing customer experiences
Visiting stores, coaching teams and driving continuous improvement
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development across the region
Ensuring strong compliance across safety, stock, margins and risk processes
Analysing performance and competitor trends to support smart business decisions
Creating a positive, safe and engaged culture where people love what they do
What You will Bring:
Experience leading retail sites with proven sales results
Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset
Solid business and financial acumen
Confidence working autonomously while following strategic direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, safety first approach
A genuine passion for pets and making a positive impact
