Regional Manager – Professional Services

Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client seeking a Regional Manager – Professional Services to drive business development within the professional services vertical. This role focuses on building relationships with firms that need financing for technology and office equipment through tailored leasing and financing solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in equipment finance, leasing, or professional services sales to join a growing platform and build a specialized book of business in a strong niche market.

The Regional Manager – Professional Services will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with professional services firms, identifying financing opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs. This individual will work closely with internal teams to manage transactions from initial outreach through funding.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable developing business, managing a territory, and contributing to the growth of a specialized equipment finance platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional services firms and related businesses

  • Identify financing opportunities and recommend tailored leasing and equipment finance solutions

  • Manage sales activity from initial prospecting through transaction closing and funding

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of transactions

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while expanding market presence within the professional services segment

  • Stay current on industry trends, client needs, and equipment financing opportunities

  • Represent the company as a consultative financing partner to professional services firms

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, professional services sales, or a related business development role

  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

  • Ability to build business within a specialized vertical market

  • Experience calling on professional services firms is a plus
