This job is responsible for leading the specialty asset management business overseeing services for non-financial assets such as farm and ranch land, timberland, real estate, mineral and energy interests, and private businesses. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, new business development and guiding client relationship strategies. Job expectations include managing regional financial goals, developing and coaching team members, ensuring disciplined risk management, and delivering strong client and business partner engagement in a complex asset management environment.
The Regional Manager, Oil & Gas Accounting & Client Service is responsible for the fiduciary management of oil, gas, and mineral assets, combining advanced revenue accounting, and Joint Interest Billing (JIB) oversight for complex trust, estate, and investment management portfolios.
This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-operated working interest accounting, royalty revenue validation, and mineral asset strategy, partnering closely with Private Bank relationship managers, operations, land departments, IT, and other third parties such as operators and company vendors. The position requires independent judgment, strong accounting and land expertise, and the ability to manage risk while delivering high quality client outcomes. This role will have dotted line oversight responsibility for all oil and gas accounting process across internal stakeholders/groups.
