What You'll Do:
As a Regional Manager of Maintenance and Facilities, our long-term nursing and rehabilitation care centers will rely on your expertise in building systems and facilities management to ensure all structural and mechanical aspects of the center are well maintained and provide a safe and comfortable healing environment for residents, families, and staff. You will be a resource, consultant, educator, inspector, and leader regarding preventive maintenance, critical system repairs, building improvements and regulatory compliance of the physical plant.
The scope of this role will include care centers in Upstate NY, and Vermont and is best suited for candidates in the Capital, Catskill, and Hudson Valley regions of NY.
A company car is provided for personal and professional use including insurance, maintenance and mileage reimbursement for work related travel.
