
The Regional Director of Dialysis is responsible for the oversight of all dialysis medical activities throughout PAMHealth designated market in a dialysis center. This includes responsibility for the effective operational and qualitymanagement of the dialysis operations within designated market. This is an exempt position.
I. Job Responsibilities Monitoring clinical effectiveness based on knowledge of best practice Adheres to regulations set forth by regulatory agencies Works interdepartmentally to achieve optimal patient outcomes Effectiveness of hospital based operational efficiency is framed in Performance Improvement standardsutilizing tools to assess, measure, and change process, enhancing data driven and quality improvementactivities Develop a quality oversight program for dialysis oversight of in-house and contracted dialysis operations Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring,performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinatemanagers Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaborationwith senior management Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on theorganization Other duties as assigned

Education and TrainingGraduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse. CurrentBLS certification is required. Bachelor’s degree required. ExperienceFive (3) years of dialysis experience, including one to two (1-2) years of management experience.
