We are looking for a passionate, focused and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Cygnet covering the North West region.

You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your Day-to-Day...

You’ll be overseeing a number Cygnet sites across the North West Region.

Ensure that all Cygnet services within your region are provided to the highest standard

• Provide inspiring & effective leadership to the teams within your region
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement that strives to achieve the best outcomes for all patients & service users
• Ensure that Cygnet’s mission, values & standards of care are implemented at all sites in a timely manner & to budget
• Provide regular performance reports to the Cygnet Board.
• Process & analyse data from KPIs & audits

You are...

• Experienced in leadership roles within a learning disabilities, mental health or older adult setting
• A credible leader with the ability to work closely with clinical & non-clinical colleagues
• An excellent communicator & advocate of Cygnet’s core values
• Able to work as part of a team, lead by example, manage performance & use initiative
• Knowledgeable in professional regulations and evidence-based practice
• Confident when working to CQC guidelines & relevant legislation
• Experienced at undertaking investigations & able to manage complaints confidentially.
