Our Riders and members are extremely passionate about Harley-Davidson and the Regional Manager is responsible for fueling the flame of engagement, getting our owners riding more and having the best Harley-Davidson experience possible.

This role promotes positive dealer, chapter, rally, volunteer and member relationships through management of member programs within an assigned region of the U.S. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Rallies - Provides guidance, direction and assistance to H.O.G. rally committees. Serves as mediator to resolve rally conflicts. Assists rally planning committees in ensuring compliance with laws and insurance requirements. Evaluates rally performance, as well as existing programs, on a continuing basis, and makes recommendations for improvements and modifications as needed. Works with the Corporate Event Team and provides support at National Rallies and events.
  • H.O.G. Chapters - Develops and executes training programs and materials for H.O.G. volunteer network and Harley-Davidson dealers. Organizes venues, materials, presentations, equipment and all related functions for training programs and for various within the region and facilitates implementation.
  • Program Support – support all membership programs as needed – H.O.G. Ride 365® , The Official Member Magazine, Roadside Assistance, Partnerships and other activities as assigned
  • Communications - Provides information for Officer Newsletters, the Insider publication, Membership Guide and The Enthusiast Magazine as requested. Participates in Membership meetings, process improvement/redesign, and quality planning, strategy and budget sessions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute Harley Owners Group Rally strategy and execution
  • Main Point of Contact with Dealers & Field Employees for Membership and Harley Owners Group Chapters
  • Support all Harley-Davidson’s Membership Programs
  • Lead Regional Officer Training Programs
  • Coordinate H.O.G. member benefits, systems and program to deliver year on year growth of membership numbers and satisfaction KPIs.
  • Deliver member communication in market including local channels, content and connections.
  • Plan and successfully deliver Harley-Davidson events
  • Measure and report on a consistent set of Key Performance Indicators for events to help understand each activity and to provide metrics for future event planning.
  • Develop training programs and materials for Dealers, Chapter and Rally Committees
  • Work with the marketing partners to deliver marketing for related promotions and support for events.
  • Support budget responsibility assigned programs.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Education Specifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Experience Requirements

  • Motorcycle license required.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in organizing, managing and promoting events and activities, leading and managing volunteer networks, and in cultivating membership relationships.
  • Experience working in motorcycle or automotive industry preferred.
  • Familiar with Harley-Davidson Membership Program.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
