About the role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the daily operations of fulfillment centers in Karachi,
  • Hyderabad, and Sukkur, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and manage a team of fulfillment center managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse layout, storage, and inventory management in the region.
  • Monitor and enhance order processing procedures to minimize errors and reduce order fulfillment times.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, creating a safe working environment.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Foster strong relationships with last mile to ensure timely and seamless deliveries.
  • Establish and maintain (KPIs) to measure and report on the performance of fulfillment centers in the region.
  • Implement and improve fulfillment center policies and procedures, aligning them with company goals.
  • Prepare and manage the regional departmental budget with a focus on cost control and efficiency.

    You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fulfillment and operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Profound analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
