About the role

This is a senior operational leadership role with the scope to influence how high-quality, rights-based and person-centred services are delivered in a complex NDIS environment.

You will lead a regional portfolio of Community Services, coach and support leaders, strengthen quality and safeguarding, build local partnerships and ensure services are sustainable, responsive and connected to community need.

  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing leaders across dispersed teams
  • Deliver strong outcomes across quality, safeguarding, compliance, customer experience and financial performance
  • Use data, insights and relationships to improve services and grow community impact
  • Build trusted partnerships with customers, families, staff, funders and local stakeholders
  • Lead change and continuous improvement with confidence, clarity and care

About you

You are a confident, values-led leader who can bring people together, make sound commercial decisions and lead through complexity. You combine operational discipline with empathy, curiosity and a genuine commitment to inclusion.

  • Degree qualification and 5+ years’ leadership experience in a complex, customer-focused environment
  • Experience leading leaders and geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong commercial capability across budgets, performance, risk and growth
  • Proven ability to lead change, lift capability and build positive team culture
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience in disability, community or human services, particularly within the NDIS, will be highly regarded
