Job Description

As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the CMS operations across multiple branches. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team management, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. You will be a key driver of business growth and customer satisfaction, working closely with branch managers and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the regional CMS team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Ensure efficient and effective CMS operations across all assigned branches.
  • Monitor and analyze CMS performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing CMS strategies aligned with the bank's goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including data privacy and security standards.
  • Oversee the training and development of CMS staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the central CMS team to share best practices and contribute to overall CMS improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, and implement new technologies to enhance CMS operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking operations, with a strong background in CMS management.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CMS systems and tools, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for branch visits and meetings.
