Job Description

Network Optix (Nx) is a global powerhouse in enterprise video software platform development, driven by a mission to empower the creation of intelligent video-based solutions and products capable of converting video into actionable data. Over fifteen years in the making, the Network Optix Enterprise Video Operating System helps innovative organizations rapidly and affordably build world-class, custom-tailored, enterprise-scale video products and solutions.

Nx is headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, with additional locations in Burbank, California, Beaverton, Oregon, Belgrade, Serbia; Hague, Netherlands; Taipei, Taiwan, and regional teams distributed across the globe. Recognized on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list for 10 years in a row, we are committed to expanding our teams cross-functionally and globally.

At Network Optix, our corporate vision is to change the way the world interacts with video, shifting the paradigm from passive observation to actionable intelligence. We are pioneering video management as an operating system of the future an open, intelligent platform that leverages deep data integration and agentic AI to orchestrate real-time analytics and autonomous decision-making. We believe software should be instantly usable, open, lightweight, and extremely powerful. Moving beyond legacy infrastructure, we create open-platform ecosystems where video serves as the foundation for autonomous decision-making and next-generation operational intelligence.

Our Nx culture is built for innovators, builders, and problem solvers who value agility and lean processes and love shipping great technology. We value technical expertise, speed, flexibility, and integrity.

Purpose of the role

The Regional Manager, Brazil will drive the expansion and market share of Nx Witness Enterprise across Brazil. While we maintain an established baseline of existing business in the region, this role is specifically tasked with unlocking a parallel growth engine focused on our SaaS / VSaaS (Video Surveillance as a Service) subscription model.

You are, first and foremost, a technical champion, someone who lives our culture of hands-on technical excellence by deploying the software yourself, running your own live demonstrations, and proving the capabilities of Nx EVOS. Commercial growth follows naturally from technical credibility - you close deals because you've earned the room's trust as the person who actually knows how the platform works, not because you're running a script.

The focus is purely on capturing net-new enterprise accounts, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and system integrators who want a modern, scalable cloud-connected subscription VMS from day one.

What you will be doing

  • New SaaS Business Development: Hunt for and close net-new enterprise business opportunities in Brazil, establishing the Nx Witness Enterprise SaaS subscription model as the standard choice for new deployments.

  • SaaS Channel Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, onboard, and train a new wave of regional distributors, MSPs, and integrators capable of selling and managing recurring subscription portfolios via Nx Connect

  • Drive Recurring Revenue (MRR): Own and exceed sales targets in the Brazilian territory, specifically measured by Net-New Annual Recurring Revenue and subscription-based camera feed activations.

  • Enterprise Solution Selling: Deliver highly engaging product presentations and deep-dive technical demonstrations highlighting enterprise capabilities like the Organizational Layer, Nx Maps (GIS), and Advanced AI integration via Nx AI Manager

  • Territory Strategy & Execution: Build a comprehensive territory action plan for Brazil to systematically target high-growth verticals (e.g., retail, smart cities, logistics) that thrive on flexible SaaS pricing models.

  • Brand Advocacy & Industry Events: Act as the face of Nx Witness SaaS in Brazil by attending local security trade shows, conducting localized webinars, and driving community engagement.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close, ensuring accurate documentation and forecasting within the CRM.

What you bring

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Video Management Systems (VMS), IP surveillance, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Strong existing relationships with system integrators and enterprise buyers within the Brazilian sector.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of Cloud/SaaS licensing mechanics and recurring billing structures.
  • Solid grasp of modern VMS structures, IP networking fundamentals, and computer vision/AI video analytics.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual presentation tools.

Knowledge & Languages

  • Thorough understanding of the Brazilian security market landscape, local competitor offerings, and commercial purchasing habits.

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native level) and highly proficient in English for corporate reporting and collaboration with LATAM leadership.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Behavioral & Soft Skills

  • Challenger Sales Mindset: Ability to effectively pitch the long-term value of SaaS/Opex over traditional hardware/perpetual Capex software cycles.

  • Elite Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting complex technical value propositions clearly to both technical personnel and C-suite decision-makers.

  • Autonomous Execution: A self-starter who thrives on building out a new sales model in an established market with minimal direct daily supervision.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible working hours
  • Working with top industry experts in our international team
  • Fully remote work
