Mind Body Optimization is a leading mental health treatment center committed to integrative healing that addresses mental, emotional, and physical needs. We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations in our facilities, ensuring high-quality care, team performance, and growth in behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health or similar operations, team leadership, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily operations of regional clinics, including staff supervision, program implementation, and quality assurance for services like counseling, psychiatry, medication management, and holistic wellness (e.g., hormone testing, trauma-based therapies).
· Manage a team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff; conduct performance evaluations, provide clinical oversight, and foster professional development.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing for mental health/substance use disorders), contractual obligations, and accreditation standards.
· Develop and monitor budgets, track revenues/expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to support sustainable healing and patient outcomes.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to expand services, implement strategic initiatives, and build partnerships with community organizations, hospitals, or referral networks.
· Oversee patient care coordination, including assessments, treatment planning, and referrals for external services (e.g., housing assistance, vocational rehab).
· Analyze performance metrics (e.g., patient satisfaction, engagement rates) to drive improvements and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar licensure preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in behavioral health operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (e.g., clinic director, program manager).
· Proven track record in mental health/substance use disorder programs, including integrated care models.
· Experience with budget management, staff recruitment/retention, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site environment.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy.
· Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
· Bonus: Experience in FQHCs, community health organizations, or holistic wellness integration.
