Regional Manager – Two Studio Locations

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 plus performance bonus

Position Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of two Stretch Zone studios. This hands-on leadership role supports studio teams, drives sales and member retention, maintains service and brand standards, and ensures both locations operate consistently and efficiently.

The Regional Manager will divide their time between both studios based on staffing, sales performance, and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent leadership presence across both studio locations.
• Monitor sales, leads, closing percentages, member retention, satisfaction, cancellations, refunds, and other key studio metrics.
• Hold studio teams accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop practical action plans to improve sales, retention, member experience, and overall studio performance.
• Monitor employee schedules to ensure both studios are properly staffed.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Sales Associates, Stretch Practitioners, and other studio employees.
• Conduct weekly studio meetings with clear priorities and follow-up actions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
• Ensure required reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Review employee timekeeping, attendance, and utilization.
• Review sales, labor, and expense results and communicate significant differences from established goals.
• Prepare reasonable performance projections when needed.
• Handle escalated member concerns and resolve staffing or operational issues.
• Maintain consistent service, cleanliness, safety, and Stretch Zone® brand standards.
• Execute corporate promotions and support local marketing and community outreach.
• Communicate regularly with ownership and Stretch Zone corporate representatives regarding studio performance and current initiatives.
• Provide sales and operational coverage when necessary.

Requirements

• Management experience in a sales-focused fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Fitness or wellness experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who have progressed from a trainer or other client-facing role into studio leadership are encouraged to apply.
• Multi-unit management experience is preferred. Strong single-location managers ready to advance into multi-unit leadership will also be considered.
• Strong sales background with demonstrated success achieving measurable goals.
• Experience coaching employees and holding teams accountable.
• Ability to understand sales, labor, retention, and expense metrics and use the results to improve studio performance.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between both studios.
• Evening and weekend availability is required as part of the regular work schedule.
• Must successfully complete Stretch Zone Practitioner training after hire and maintain all required certifications.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
