The Regional Manager oversees the operational, financial, and compliance oversight of a large portfolio of affordable housing communities. This role will oversee an Assistant Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will report to the Regional Director of Operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, and other regulatory housing program requirements. The role provides leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, and excellence. Key objectives include maximizing property performance, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and ensuring all communities meet company standards and regulatory expectations.
