Employment Services - Regional Manager

Location – Brisbane Region (Travel to various sites is required for this role)

Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time

About the opportunity:

The Regional Manager (RM) has the primary responsibility for leading and supporting staff and resources at a regional level to achieve the successful delivery of Employment Services. The RM will contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategies and plans, achievement of performance and revenue targets, adherence to organisational policies and procedures.

About You:

• You are experienced in employment, disability, or youth services, or have a solid background working within a not-for-profit organisation.
• You are a proven leader with demonstrated success in managing multiple sites, achieving KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture within your teams.
• You are confident in developing and executing business plans that drive both performance and sustainable growth.
• You are adept at interpreting Government contracts, guidelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring operations align with all necessary standards.
• You are skilled in critical thinking and take a proactive approach to problem-solving, working collaboratively with management to implement effective solutions.
• You are highly organised, capable of managing conflict, balancing competing priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines under pressure.
• You are emotionally intelligent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive relationships at all levels.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new technologies and systems as required.
• You are a collaborative team member who aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Workways Australia, contributing positively to its culture and community impact.
