At Sun Loan we’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead multiple districts and branches in the Dallas Fort Worth area and West Texas. This role is responsible for driving profitability, operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. The Regional Manager provides leadership to district and branch managers, ensures compliance with company standards, and serves as a key connection between field operations and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop district and branch managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and business conditions to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L review, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor local market dynamics and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Promote a customer first culture and support branches in resolving complex customer issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, community partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• OR 10+ years of experience in the consumer lending industry
Experience:
• 10+ years in consumer lending or financial services
• Multi location leadership experience required

• Advanced analytical and strategic decision making capabilities
• Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and financial management

Technical Requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and LPX
• Ability to use standard office equipment (laptop, phone, printer/scanner, webcam)
