  Track and report on trends, forecasts, profitability, and client growth.

  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

  Recommend strategic improvements and process enhancements.

  Ensure accurate recruitment and placement aligned with client needs.

  Resolve associate and client queries professionally.

Requirements

• 
  Grade 12.
• 
  Proven experience in operations, recruitment, or workforce management.
• 
  Strong knowledge of BCEA, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits, and Bargaining Councils.
• 
  Solid understanding of recruitment and internal administrative processes.
• 
  Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• 
  High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
•
