Job Purpose
The role will manage Petcare logistics operation and cost control to continuously improve customer order service level, efficiency and sustainability. The position will play an important and individual role in Petcare market logistics team to deliver great pipeline and value creation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage warehouse and transportation daily operation with 3PL and control total logistic cost to continuously improve customer order service level and solve operation issues immediately and drive for long term improvement with 3PL and internal functions and meet logistic objectives and KPI requirements.
2.Manage stock consistency among SAP-WMS-TMS and solve any issue related and take full responsibility to drive warehouse execution excellence including stock movement, warehouse audit, defect goods destruction, quality improvement, etc.
3.Analyse cost structure and seek for cost saving opportunity all the time with sustainable logistic solution. Manage billing and payment operation with 3PL.
4.Keep close collaboration and communication across field sales, demand planning, deployment, quality, commercial, customer service, system team and 3PL to drive effective ways of working, high quality, efficiency and in line with compliance etc.
5.Keep exploring and optimizing operation model by learning best practice in industry leaders and drive logistics innovation and industry new technology implementation
6.Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, SCM or logistics is a plus
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience with a strong background of logistics warehouse and inland transportation operation, ideally in food or FMCG industry
• Excellent MS-Office skills, strong OMS/TMS/SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with deeply logic thinking and data sensitivity
• Excellent team player, high motivation to drive for result and able to manage conflict
• Good English in writing and listening
• Willing to travel regionally up to 25% of time
