
Regional Livestock Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for aRegional Livestock Managertojoin the Heartland Bank Australia team for QLD. This role can be based out of regional QLD or within theBrisbanelocation.
Wearelooking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Livestock Manager to grow our livestock finance business and build strong industry relationships.
This is a highly autonomous role where youwillgenerate new business, develop referral networks and manage key client relationships across your region.

Reporting to the National Livestock Manager, your primary focus is to drive new business growth through agency partnerships, broker networks and direct customer engagement.
Youwillplay a critical role in expanding our footprint while delivering strong customer outcomes and managing risk.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and grow relationships with private livestock agencies
Identify and convert corporate and large-scale business opportunities
Build and manage broker and referral partner networks
Deliver tailored pitch presentations to clients and partners
Respond to direct enquiries and convert new business opportunities
Prepare credit submissions and support lending decisions
Manage ongoing customer relationships and conduct on-site visits
Monitor portfolio performance, including arrears and compliance
What you’ll bring
Strong experience in agribusiness, livestock or commercial lending
Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships
Strong networks across livestock agencies, brokers or rural sectors
Commercial acumen with sound risk awareness
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, outcomes-focused and comfortable working autonomously
