The Regional Leasing Manager will provide sales and leasing oversight of Tailwind Group’s student housing portfolio. This individual will help drive and execute the company sales strategies, which includes: evaluating market trends, assisting all properties in their preparation for the upcoming leasing season, providing ongoing and relevant sales and leasing training, keeping up to date with industry trends, and regularly meeting with on-site teams to ensure budgeted occupancy and revenues are being achieved. A successful Regional Leasing Manager will be innovative and known in the industry for their unique sales approach, take pride in our student housing portfolio, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of Tailwind Group.
This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs. This position requires moderate travel (40-50%), on average 2 weeks per month, but may vary during leasing season or as required by business needs (renewal launch, summer months, position vacancies, etc). Relocation is not required, but candidates must be based near a major US airport.
The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.
