Regional Learning Manager - FC

Amazon is looking for an experienced Regional Learning Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Learning & Development (L&D) function across Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in the region. Based in Bangalore with a degree of geographical flexibility, this role is pivotal in driving associate and manager capability, ensuring alignment with global learning standards, and partnering with Operations and HR to build a high-performing workforce. The role reports to the Senior Manager and plays a critical part in shaping a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and people development across the FC network.

Key job responsibilities
Management
-Own the L&D function and drive its productivity to meet business needs across all FCs in the region, ensuring alignment with global standards and Amazon's learning policies
-Partner with HR Business Partners to design and implement training plans including needs analysis, skills development, cross-training, and leadership development; facilitate orientation for permanent and temporary employees
-Foster the growth of front-line associates and FC managers by providing ongoing guidance, support, and development opportunities
-Ensure the FC Learning team creates and maintains accurate SOPs, job task documentation, and training aids/visuals; manage L&D resources including budget, headcount, equipment, and materials
-Leverage technology and AI-powered learning tools to enhance training delivery, personalise learning journeys, and improve overall L&D effectiveness across the FC network

Production
-Lead cross-functional FC projects that drive improvements in quality, productivity, and employee safety; design and deliver training programs to build L&D support capacity during peak periods
-Utilize data and digital platforms to track learner progress, identify skill gaps, and drive evidence-based decisions that improve operational outcomes

Administrative
-Track and report training metrics through the dashboards and reports, and communicate Learning goals, assignments, and progress updates to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications


- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, learning or a related field
