Your Main Mission:

Lead and coordinate all field trial activities across Hungary, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (GEP/GLP), and market development while driving team performance both on-site and remotely.


Your Technical Missions:

→ Implement and supervise field trials in strict adherence to GEP & GLP standards

→ Maintain certifications and permits; liaise with authorities and manage audit processes

→ Serve as national technical expert for GEP/GLP/Seeds; develop local trial protocols

→ Oversee BPL studies as Principal Investigator or Study Director

→ Manage budgets, perform basic financial analysis, and report on study performance

Your Profile:

→ Advanced degree in Agriculture or Agronomy

→ ≥10 years’ hands-on experience in agricultural field experimentation

→ Proven team leadership experience—onsite and remote

→ Deep knowledge of GEP & GLP frameworks; seed trial expertise a plus

→ Strong network and market insight in Hungarian ag research

→ Fluent English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

→ Basic financial acumen (budget planning & cost controle)

→ Ideally based in/near Szeged or Balaton, Hungary
