Regional Leader - Brand Strategy & Impact

You will:

  • Shape and implement the regional brand strategy, fully aligned with UNIQA’s objectives
  • Own brand consistency and quality across all channels, ensuring compliance with industry and ethical standards
  • Lead high impact regional marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, using data and insights to drive measurable results and ROI
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service to translate business priorities into effective campaigns
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and media partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Clearly communicate campaign direction, progress, and results to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop the brand and campaign team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
  • Plan and deliver regional corporate events, managing logistics, budgets, vendors, and post event evaluation
  • Leverage new marketing technologies and adapt strategies based on market trends and performance insights
  • Contribute to regional and global group projects, supporting new initiatives and sharing best practices

You have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Marketing, Brand, or Digital Marketing certification is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand and/or campaign management roles
  • Experience leading regional marketing campaigns and developing brand strategies
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to use data to drive results
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams
  • Results‑driven mindset with the ability to drive change and grow brand impact across markets
