Regional Key User Specifications EMEA

Purpose

Drive the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of specification systems across the EMEA region by serving as the key liaison between central teams, regional stakeholders, and manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional specification system rollouts by planning, coordinating, and supporting implementations in collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, IT, and plant stakeholders.
  • Provide expert support for system and application issues by analyzing root causes, coordinating testing activities, driving patch implementation with central support teams, and recommending system enhancements.
  • Conduct gap assessments and evaluate plant requirements to identify process improvements and corrective actions. Translate business needs into user requirements, support change request management, and lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), ensuring comprehensive cross-functional test coverage.
  • Monitor system adoption and usage across the region, coaching local teams and driving corrective actions to maximize business value and compliance.
  • Develop training materials, train and coach Local Key Users, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and effective system utilization.
  • Act as the regional ambassador for specification management processes, promoting standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across all plants.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and networking skills in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and process-oriented mindset, with experience in requirements engineering and the ability to guide and support stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in tire manufacturing processes and complex production environments
  • Passion for modern technologies, including hardware, software, and integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with agile development frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional system implementations
