Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Mumbai to drive strategic partnerships, grow key accounts, and strengthen our market presence while helping more people benefit from innovative hearing care solutions.

What you will do

Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, clinics, and strategic partners to drive long-term business growth.

Business Development: Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts, create account growth plans, and expand market penetration across the assigned region.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional account strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, business objectives, and KPIs.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, customer service, and sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and business solutions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate account records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates through CRM platforms and present regular business reviews to senior management.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development experience in medical devices, hearing aid, healthcare, diagnostics, or similar industries is required.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing strategic accounts.

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. MBA will be an advantage.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • High level of analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned region is almost always required.
