About Your Opportunity

As the Regional HSW Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and teams to build HSW capability, understand risk in the field, and support practical improvements that strengthen safety performance. You will play a hands-on role in gathering risk and control intelligence, verifying the effectiveness of controls, coaching leaders, and helping teams manage complex HSW challenges through evidence-based, service-focused support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to embed and maintain Seqwater’s safety management system aligned to the HSW risk profile.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HSW programs, policies and procedures across the business.
  • Provide trusted advice and coaching to support leaders in promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Drive proactive risk management, including supporting audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build capability across teams, including investigation support and learning outcomes.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent experience) with relevant certifications.
  • Lead Auditor and formal incident investigation qualifications (e.g. ICAM, TapRoot).
  • Demonstrated experience in HSW roles at a Senior level.
  • Strong capability in incident investigations, risk assessments and safety in design.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and ability to influence outcomes.

This role is offered as a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary ranging from $122,730.25 - $133,528.77 per annum (dependant on experience) plus 12.75% super.
