About the Role
The Regional People & Business Partner is a field-embedded HR leader responsible for overseeing the full people function across approximately seven branch locations. This role sits alongside a peer Regional People & Business Partner — together, you will cover the full footprint of our branch network, each owning your region while collaborating on shared company-wide initiatives.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable advising a manager on a performance conversation in the morning and contributing to an organization-wide HR project in the afternoon. You will serve as the frontline HR advisor for your region while also playing an active role in shaping our people practices at a broader level.
