The Regional HR Operations Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries within the APAC region by handling high-volume, standardized HR transactions. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle administration, responding to third-party or former employee enquiries, and ensuring adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and service level standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries, ensuring timely execution in line with established service level agreement, company policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with HR team for policy/system feedback, improvement suggestion or tier 2 support where necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes through process optimization and HR system enhancements.
- Contribute to regional and global initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency and elevating employee experience.
